What can I expect to gain from an internship at Quiddity?
Mentorship & Guidance
At Quiddity, we are passionate about investing in the next future generation of engineers, which is why we have worked hard to create a meaningful and beneficial program for our interns. Our goal is to equip each of our interns with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to excel in this industry.
To ensure that each intern is getting the proper training, we have hand-picked a group of experienced and qualified mentors for each intern to work under. These mentors provide one-on-one guidance and are eager and willing to help each person succeed. Our interns also get the opportunity to work with other industry experts on a wide range of projects, which allows them to get a feel for what they are interested in.
Impact & Involvement
Our summer internship program is jam-packed with opportunities to get involved and have an impact. We hold a variety of fun volunteer and social events for our interns to attend, which allows them to not only make a difference in their communities but also develop lifelong friendships that extend outside of the workplace.
Quiddity embraces a “work hard, play hard” culture, meaning we value both career-related and personal goals. We want our employees to be able to succeed in their careers and have a good time doing it. Our hope is that our internship program is a reflection of what it’s like to work at Quiddity.
Our interns aren’t the type of interns that take coffee orders and do everyone else’s busy work. We ensure that each and every person gets the chance to work on real and exciting projects under the guidance of industry experts. This includes learning to use a variety of different technologies, going on project site visits, and more! This hands-on approach allows interns to get a feel for what day-to-day life is like for a professional engineer and prepare them for the industry that they are entering into.
Our goal is for every intern to walk away with confidence, excitement, and a greater understanding of the engineering consulting industry!

“I wanted to intern at Quiddity because they are a company that focuses on its people. With the help of the employees and other interns, I learned so much every day. People took the time to show me how to do things, so that I would be able to do it by myself in the future. Having a support system at work is so important and makes for a great environment to start a career.”
– Cristina Johnson, Summer 2021
“I first heard about Quiddity through the career fair. Once I got to interview with Bryan Kennedy he talked about how they prioritize the company’s core values in which it contributes to their success and growth as a whole. I instantly felt that this is a place where I would want to work at.”
– Erris Tabar, Summer 2021
“I first heard about Quiddity while doing research for an essay in high school about a company I would want to work for in the future. The reason Quiddity attracted me was because their values were so close to my own. In addition, several of the projects completed by the company were relevant and important projects in my own community.”
