We are excited to welcome Steve Berckenhoff, PE, CFM, as Senior Vice President of Public Sector Operations and Jeff Moeller, P.E. as Vice President of Public Sector Operations.

Steve is a seasoned executive leader with nearly 35 years of experience leading and managing public sector projects on the local and federal levels. He is well versed in fostering relationships with elected officials, civic leaders, and business professionals to help drive partnerships and growth.

Jeff brings more than 36 years of experience in public infrastructure, 20 of which were spent assisting the City of New Braunfels and New Braunfels Utilities. He is also well versed in creating infrastructure for public entities like the City of San Antonio, and TxDOT.
