Chad is our in-house sanitary sewer rehabilitation expert. With 14 years of experience, he is well versed in the design and project management of water and sanitary sewer facilities. From initial planning to completion, Chad has extensive experience in all phases of project development. Some of his expertise includes small and large diameter water and sewer design and rehabilitations, utility relocations, and capital improvement plan (CIP) development for municipalities. As a Client Manager, Chad also works closely with water districts on build-out projections, commercial plan reviews, and the planning, funding, design, quality control, risk assessment, and management of various construction projects for his clients.
