Flossie has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial consulting. She employs a multitude of outreach methods to cultivate diverse, long-term relationships with her clientele. Creating a build environment reflecting the client’s needs is at the heart of Flossie’s approach to civil engineering projects.  By staying involved from concept to completion, she maximizes her customer’s resources while establishing relationships for future endeavors. Flossie is also experienced in layout planning, budget guidance and installation and construction supervision for indoor and outdoor projects.
