Gemsong Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience working with commercial, multi-family, and single-family developments in Austin and the surrounding areas. She provides project design services for multiple clients across land development and site development projects.  As Vice President of Site Development, she is responsible for leading operations at Quiddity’s office in Austin. Gemsong is adept at working with the City of Austin and Travis County review staff and numerous other stakeholders. She is well-versed with the city’s regulations and preferences. In her time at Quiddity, Gemsong has worked on various notable projects including Austin Proper, the SXSW Headquarters, and the University Park Redevelopment.
