Joe joined Quiddity in 2012 and is responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing land and site development projects. His design experience includes storm water management plans, drainage design of storm water detention ponds, storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design, storm water pollution prevention (SWPPP) plans, storm water quality management plans, site grading plans, utility connection plans, traffic control plans and fire protection plans. His project management experience includes oversight of contracts and budgets, scheduling of concurrent projects, project planning, and design team coordination among multiple practices.
