As Vice President of Hydrology & Hydraulics, Kyle Blank brings more than 17 years of experience in H&H studies, roadway drainage, master drainage plans, modifying and updating floodplain mapping, infrastructure planning, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. He has engineered updates for over 1,000 stream miles of floodplain throughout Texas and has developed more than 75,000 acres of master-planned drainage systems. As manager of H&H, Kyle is responsible for all private development projects in the Houston Metro area.
