Liz has more than 17 years of experience in watershed studies, stormwater management, and stormwater permit compliance with a focus on NPDES and TPDES requirements and regulations. She also holds vast experience in developing phase I and phase II Storm Water Management Programs (SWMPs), including implementation and compliance assessment. As an MS4 Engineer, Liz has acted as the lead program writer and administrator for more than 20 MS4 projects. She has also been project manager for over 16 joint districts.
