Water Conveyance and Treatment

Toby McQueary has more than 22 years of experience in water treatment plant design and construction. He has designed approximately 230 water plant projects including first phase water plants, water plant expansions, water plant rehabilitations and water wells. He has worked on several projects at Quiddity including the City of Rosenberg Water Plant No. 5 Expansions and Elevated Storage Tank, City of College Station Water Well No. 9, the City of Houston EWPP Pump Repair and Replacement Project, and 13 water well-related projects for the City of Sugar Land.
