PROJECT OVERVIEW
Aura High Pointe is a thoughtfully planned, garden-style multifamily community in northwest Austin, developed by Trinsic Residential Group. The project delivers approximately 322 residential units on ~14.3 acres, balancing density with open space, connectivity, and long-term infrastructure performance.
The site presented a classic Central Texas challenge set: constrained topography, drainage sensitivity, utility coordination, and entitlement complexity within a rapidly growing submarket. The development required a holistic civil approach—aligning land planning, hydrology, utilities, and off-site infrastructure—to move efficiently from due diligence through construction while maintaining schedule certainty.
Aura High Pointe expands high-quality rental housing options in the High Pointe area, supports regional growth, and delivers durable public infrastructure improvements that benefit both residents and the surrounding community.
SERVICE DETAILS
Quiddity provided full-service civil engineering and land development support for Aura High Pointe, guiding the project from early due diligence through construction. Our team led site planning and entitlement coordination while designing grading, drainage, and utility systems to support a 322-unit multifamily community on a constrained Central Texas site. Careful attention was given to hydrology and hydraulics to manage runoff efficiently and meet local and state regulatory requirements, ensuring long-term infrastructure performance.
In addition to on-site civil design, Quiddity coordinated off-site public infrastructure improvements, including waterline extensions, wastewater upgrades, utility connections, and supported transportation access and permitting. Throughout construction, our team provided ongoing engineering support to respond to field conditions, maintain schedule certainty, and help the developer navigate technical and regulatory challenges. The result is a well-integrated multifamily development that delivers durable infrastructure, supports regional growth, and enhances the surrounding community.
