PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Hardy Toll Road runs from Interstate 610 in central Houston to Interstate 45 just south of the Harris-Montgomery County line. The toll road was 4-lanes for some time, but after explosive growth in the Houston area, the road needed to be widened.

SERVICE DETAILS

We worked with the Harris County Toll Road Authority and their project management team to widen nearly  5-miles of the toll road to 6-lanes. The existing retaining walls needed to be removed and shored before new abutment could be placed. Our involvement in the project also included roadway planning and profile design, retaining wall and storm drain design, signing and pavement markings, overhead signs, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
