PROJECT OVERVIEW

Quiddity designed a 1.0 MG composite elevated storage tank including foundation, coatings, electrical, controls, instrumentation, altitude valve, and site drainage. The preliminary design phase included a tank life cycle analysis for the three different types of ESTs. We presented our findings to the Board and Aqua selected to have a 1.0 MG composite EST in the base bid and have an alternate bid item for a 1.5 MG composite EST. In addition to the additional capacity, Quiddity recommended bidding a different roof type as an alternate bid item so Aqua could evaluate the cost in comparison to their concerns about corrosion. Quiddity is currently providing construction phase support including submittals review, RFI response, and engineer site visits.
