Quiddity was contracted by FDC Builders to perform civil engineering and surveying services for a Sunshine Pediatrics Day Center. The site is located at 3801 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, Texas. Sunshine Pediatrics Day Centers are Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers (PPECC) facilities that allows minors from birth through age 20 with medically complex conditions to receive daily medical care in a non-residential settings. Quiddity provided civil engineering and surveying services for the project, including the preparation of the Topographic Survey, Land Title Survey, Final Plat, Site Plan, and Civil Construction Drawings.
