Macallan has more than half a decade of experience leading public sector projects in storm water, bridges, street rehabilitation, and full-reconstruction projects. She excels at managing complex projects in urban environments, including those with both federal and state funding. She understands the nuances of agency coordination (TxDOT, UPRR, BNSF, and USACE) and advises her clients on strategies to efficiently manage reviews and approvals to mitigate potential delays. Having served in project management and design roles in the public sector, she understands the importance of creating solutions that are both functional, maintainable, and practical. During the design process, Macallan continuously evaluates constructability to ensure a smooth transition from design through construction.
