Casey Goforth is a highly capable civil engineer with more than a decade of experience in infrastructure design and project delivery, including over eight years as a licensed PE. She previously served as a Supervising Engineer with the City of Houston’s Capital Projects Division, where she managed multiple complex drainage and paving improvement projects. Casey brings extensive experience delivering drainage, flood mitigation, and resilience infrastructure through Local, Bond, State, and Federal grant funded programs, making her a valuable asset to teams pursuing grant supported work.
