Chris has over 30 years of civil engineering experience in commercial land development. His specialty is store development program management for national and regional retailers and developers, providing site feasibility studies, entitlements, land planning, and civil design. His project experience includes shopping malls, mixed use and lifestyle centers, big box retail stores, and single tenant sites throughout the United States. Chris’s approach to project leadership is inclusive and visionary, resulting in a collaborative design process driven by client needs and a focus on design quality.
