Hydrology & Hydraulics

Hieu is an experienced hydrology & hydraulics engineer with a career history from the Tropical Storm Allison Recovery Project (TSARP) that restudied and remapped the current watersheds and floodplains in Harris County.  He is adept at managing various drainage, land development, public works, and roadway projects in the local Houston Gulf Coast region.  In addition to being a Professional Engineer, he also brings an expansive background in project controls and program management that enhances project delivery as a certified Project Management Professional.  He uses his skill set to manage our team’s hydrology & hydraulics projects, schedules, and quality and is a key contributor to the Cypress Creek Implementation Program.
