John Alvarez is a Professional Engineer with 13 years of experience in civil engineering and land development, including 6 years with Quiddity. He began his career in Houston in 2012, where he worked on a variety of public infrastructure and private development projects, ranging from large-scale residential communities to commercial sites. Since joining the Austin office in 2019, John has focused on projects across the Central Texas region, including master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and public utility improvements.
