Land Development

John brings over two decades of experience in civil engineering and land development, with a strong emphasis on delivering thoughtful, efficient, and buildable solutions for complex projects. His expertise spans civil site, utility infrastructure, and drainage design for residential master planned communities, commercial, industrial, petroleum, and mining projects throughout Florida.

As Vice President of Land Development, John provides strategic leadership across all phases of the development process, from early due diligence and entitlement through design, permitting, and construction. He works closely with ownership groups, developers, consultants, and public agencies to define project vision, manage risk, and guide projects from concept to completion. His hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach ensures that projects align with business objectives while meeting regulatory requirements and community expectations.

John has extensive experience navigating local, state, and federal permitting processes and is well versed in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes on schedule and within budget. His background in both engineering design and project execution enables him to provide practical guidance that supports successful development.
