Land Planning; Landscape Architecture

Jordan brings more than a decade of professional experience in landscape architecture and land planning across both the public and private sectors. His experience ranges from large-scale planning initiatives to site-specific design solutions, including master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, trails, open space, and urban landscape projects. His work often incorporates thematic landscape elements, wayfinding strategies, and coordinated amenity features that reinforce project identity and enhance the overall user experience. He also develops site-responsive design solutions, prepares detailed landscape and irrigation plans, and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects from early concept through construction.

For the past 7 years, Jordan has also served on the AllianceTexas Development Review Board (DRB), where he reviews, inspects, and guides the design of civil, landscape, irrigation, and photometric plans across 17+ Associations within a 20,000-acre master-planned community. In this role, he ensures compliance with established design standards, promotes sustainable and maintainable improvements, and helps deliver high-quality development, parks, open-space amenities, and community-wide enhancements.
