Surveying

Marty joined Jones & Carter in 1978 and has 42 years of surveying experience. His role as Deputy Practice Leader entails helping set, implement and monitor the survey practice’s operational goals. He also serves as the Houston Metro Regional Manager of Surveying in which he coordinates workloads and logistics, sets operating standards, and monitors financials and quality assurance processes. Marty also performs survey reviews of construction plans for the water practice and H&H department, is the signing surveyor for several developments, and occasionally performs the role of Project Manager.
