Mayra is the Land Planning Manager within the Land Development Practice, leading Quiddity’s Houston-Metro planning group and overseeing planning strategy and entitlement efforts for complex development projects. With over a decade of experience and a strong background in development planning across both the public and private sectors, she brings extensive experience in entitlements, subdivision platting, zoning ordinances, and development agreements across the Houston Metropolitan Area. She provides technical leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams and represents the developers through the entitlement and regulatory approval process while ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and regulatory requirements. She has led and supported the platting efforts for several thousand-acre master-planned communities, multi-family, and commercial development. While at Quiddity, she has contributed to a range of large-scale development such as Baytown Crossing, River Ranch, Emberly and Seabrook Town Centre Planned Development Unit District.
