Michael has almost a decade of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. He brings extensive experience managing water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and detention systems across multiple counties in the Houston metropolitan area. Michael effectively engages with stakeholders to help prioritize community needs, including proactive infrastructure preservation and rehabilitation efforts, as well as the implementation of extensive Capital Improvement Plans and Master Drainage Plans.
