Reese brings more than 2 decades of progressive experience in the development and management of transportation planning and design practices. He has a proven track record of delivering complex, fast-paced transportation projects for public sector clients, including the Texas Department of Transportation, cities and counties throughout Texas. Reese is well versed in all aspects of transportation project development–from long range regional planning of transportation systems, to conceptual development, final design and construction of individual projects.
