Land Development

Sherri McElwee has more than 20 years of engineering project management experience in land and site development.  As Land Development Manager, Sherri is responsible for managing master-planned communities and municipal utility districts.  She has been instrumental in the development of thousands of single-family residential lots in the Houston Metropolitan Area. Sherri has been the project manager for many Quiddity projects, including the Lago Mar Development, Balmoral Development, and Etteridge Development.
