Steve has nearly 40 of experience in engineering, construction, and project management for a variety of public and private sector projects. He is adept in feasibility studies, project planning and design, utility coordination, environmental planning, and compliance. Steve has been directly involved in design and project coordination with multiple agencies such as the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
