Steven is an accomplished engineering leader with more than two decades of experience spanning public work and private consulting. His career includes roles in design engineering, project management, capital planning, construction management and inspections with a proven record in delivering sustainable high-impact projects. He has successfully managed large annual CIP budgets in both the public and private sectors, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects. He has managed combination projects that include roadways, pedestrian improvements, drainage infrastructure, wet utilities and dry utilities in congested urban areas. Steve has successfully led civil projects for commercial and industrial development. Steve excels at translating the Client's goals into practical, buildable solutions that reflect real-world conditions; overcome design and construction challenges; and recognize budget constraints. Steve provides comprehensive support and guidance throughout every project phase, from concept to design to construction.
