William McAshan has been providing professional engineering services for land & site development projects across Central Texas for more than a decade. He has extensive experience delivering industrial, multifamily, townhome, single-family, and master-planned communities, along with the utility extensions and municipal infrastructure needed to serve them.
In his time at Quiddity Engineering, William has led projects ranging from large-scale municipal utility district (MUD) infrastructure to complex infill developments, including the Texas Facilities Commission’s Capitol Complex Mall in downtown Austin — a transformative civic project enhancing connectivity and public space in the state’s Capitol district. He is passionate about Texas growth and actively works to align developer, municipal, and community goals to create well-integrated, sustainable projects. Outside of work, William is an avid golfer, husband, and father to two sons.
