Yid brings more than two decades of experience in the water resources sector, supporting both public and private sector clients. His expertise includes drainage master planning, floodplain analysis, stormwater system evaluation, transportation drainage studies, FEMA flood map revisions (LOMR/CLOMR), and asset management decision-support systems across Florida, Texas, Alabama, and Georgia.

Yid has led complex hydrologic and hydraulic modeling efforts using industry-standard platforms including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM, PCSWMM, EPA SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, and StormWise (ICPR4). His recent private-sector experience includes major developments in Texas such as Sunterra, Laure Farms, Emberly, and Sun Haven development in Florida. On the public sector side, he has contributed to projects including the City of Wharton Master Drainage Plan, Robinson Road Widening, and multiple drainage improvement initiatives for the City of Sugar Land such as Oyster Creek Diversion and Detention and Hillstone Road Drainage improvements.
