Quiddity Engineering is pleased to announce that Stephen Delgado has joined the firm as Vice President, Land Development, with the responsibility for client relations and business development in the company’s residential land development group.
His professional areas of expertise include civil engineering design and consulting, jurisdictional processing, utility district coordination, leadership and operations, and business development.
Stephen has more than 20 years of experience in Land Development, including serving as co-Owner/Operator of Texas Engineering Solutions (TES) for 10 years in Austin. As a partner at TES, he was responsible for managing the business aspects of the company as well as project management for some of the land development projects.
After owning and operating TES for almost 10 years, Stephen and his business partner sold the company to Atwell, LLC. After a 4-year stint with Atwell, he chose to take his talents to Quiddity.
Prior work stints and business distinctions include serving as Vice President then President of the Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers Association (ACEA). He also worked at Faulkner Engineering for more than five years where he was responsible for managing project teams that worked on various land development projects.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
