As a part of the Quiddity internship program, your work will make a difference. Our interns have the opportunity to assist with the design and management of a variety of civil engineering projects. As part of our team, you will learn leadership skills from experienced engineers who will provide both mentorship and guidance. You will be challenged daily and have the opportunity to demonstrate your potential and apply your skills to real-world design work.

Mentorship & Guidance
At Quiddity, we are passionate about investing in the next future generation of engineers, which is why we have worked hard to create a meaningful and beneficial program for our interns. Our goal is to equip each of our interns with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to excel in this industry.
To ensure that each intern is getting the proper training, we have hand-picked a group of experienced and qualified mentors for each intern to work under. These mentors provide one-on-one guidance and are eager and willing to help each person succeed. Our interns also get the opportunity to work with other industry experts on a wide range of projects, which allows them to get a feel for what they are interested in.
Impact & Involvement
Our summer internship program is jam-packed with opportunities to get involved and have an impact. We hold a variety of fun volunteer and social events for our interns to attend, which allows them to not only make a difference in their communities but also develop lifelong friendships that extend outside of the workplace.
Quiddity embraces a “work hard, play hard” culture, meaning we value both career-related and personal goals. We want our employees to be able to succeed in their careers and have a good time doing it. Our hope is that our internship program is a reflection of what it’s like to work at Quiddity.
Real-World Experience
Our interns aren’t the type of interns that take coffee orders and do everyone else’s busy work. We ensure that each and every person gets the chance to work on real and exciting projects under the guidance of industry experts. This includes learning to use a variety of different technologies, going on project site visits, and more! This hands-on approach allows interns to get a feel for what day-to-day life is like for a professional engineer and prepare them for the industry that they are entering into.
Our goal is for every intern to walk away with confidence, excitement, and a greater understanding of the engineering consulting industry!
