PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Aura Thirty2 Apartments is a 3.7-acre luxury multifamily development by Trinsic Residential Group. It is located close to the University of Texas and Downtown Austin and offers expansive views of the Austin skyline and Texan hill country. Quiddity collaborated on the design, resulting in 379 units within a stylish 5-story wood-frame structure boasting a refined and contemporary design. The complex features an array of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, sun deck, private pool cabanas, cardio theater, fitness center, and a spin room. The community seamlessly blends sophistication, comfort, and practicality.

SERVICE DETAILS

Quiddity offered a comprehensive range of services, encompassing surveying, site development, construction plan preparation, and site development permitting for the project. They collaborated closely with the City of Austin to optimize the available space and the number of units that could be constructed. Additionally, they worked in conjunction with TxDOT to accommodate the continuously evolving design of the I35 corridor.
