PROJECT OVERVIEW
The H-E-B Pflugerville Parkway store is a 127,000-square-foot flagship and the retailer’s third location in the city, designed to provide the quality products and innovative services customers know and trust. Key features include the city’s first True Texas BBQ restaurant, a full-service pharmacy with a two-lane drive-thru, and a fuel station with a car wash. Dedicated covered parking for H-E-B Curbside further enhances convenience, elevating the overall shopping experience.
Sustainability played a central role in this project, with eco-friendly features like CO2 refrigeration systems, LED lighting, and extensive native landscaping integrated to reduce environmental impact.
SERVICE DETAILS
Quiddity delivered a comprehensive range of services to support the project, including due diligence, surveying, site planning, platting & entitlements, engineering design & permitting, offsite public improvements.
Quiddity led the construction of Colorado Sand Drive and Utah Sands Drive, along with a 4-way signalized intersection, to improve access and functionality for the H-E-B development. The project included extensive upgrades to public water, wastewater, and storm infrastructure to support both current needs and future growth. The store’s first-of-its-kind enhanced curbside pickup operation introduced innovative features, redefining convenience and setting a precedent for future developments.
