PROJECT OVERVIEW
The inauguration of H-E-B store location Austin 33, also referred to as “Nutty Brown,” carries remarkable historical importance as it seamlessly integrates an iconic music venue, the Nutty Brown Café & Amphitheatre, into its architectural design. Constructed on the very grounds where the venue once hosted a multitude of esteemed country music artists, H-E-B seeks to pay homage to this rich history by incorporating salvaged bricks from the venue’s long-standing brick pizza oven into the main customer entryway. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to admire eight autographed guitars on display, generously provided by past performers at the venue.
