PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hidden Canyons is a master–planned community on 257-acres in the rapidly growing area on the far west side of San Antonio. The community features 935-single family homes and an amenity center with a pool, picnic area, and playground as well as proximity to hiking trails, shopping, and medical care.  

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team prepared the master development plan and lead coordination with the City of San Antonio. The plan included the preparation and processing of a level II traffic impact analysis (TIA), tree stand delineation plan, condition letter of map revisions (CLOMR) and letter of map revisions (LOMR) for Lucas Creek.  

A detailed pad grading design was also performed to provide control of stormwater runoff while balancing the site to avoid excessive import or haul of materials. The design improvements included 12,500-linear feet of collector and local streets, multiple drainage systems, 9,000-linear feet of water mains, and 8,000-linear feet of sanitary sewer mains.
