PROJECT OVERVIEW
Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is a resort and spa on 400-acres in the Texas hill country. Located along the Colorado River, guests can enjoy luxury suites, float down a lazy river, pamper themselves at the in-house spa and play 18-holes of golf at the award-winning Wolfdancer Golf Club.
SERVICE DETAILS
Multiple weather events caused extensive erosion to a low-water crossing, a utility manhole, and two holes on the golf course. Our team worked with an erosion control specialist in addition to the client and project team to finalize details on repairs to the eroded and washed-out area. We also provided surveying services and prepared construction grading plans and documents for repairs.
