PROJECT OVERVIEW

Robson Ranch is a luxury retirement community in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Located off I-35 West, the community is currently home to more than 3,000 homeowners and boasts a range of amenities, including a sports club, bar & grill and over 100 activities, clubs and classes.

SERVICE DETAILS

The City of Denton requires a master drainage study for the remaining undeveloped sections of Robson Ranch. Our team prepared a master drainage plan to guide the development of roughly 1,100-acres of Robson Ranch, hydrology models for 10 square miles, and hydraulic models for six miles of streams draining into the property. We used these analyses to determine the necessary stormwater detention and drainage improvements needed to protect downstream properties from increased flooding and downstream channels from increased erosion.
