PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our team has provided a wide range of services for 1,300 Verizon tower sites across Texas and Louisiana – making us one of the most knowledgeable and requested surveyors in the state. For more than three decades, our team has worked closely with the cell phone company to optimize land use and prevent any lease issues that may impact the remaining tract.

We have also worked with Verizon to detect the potential impacts of future flooding events, determine optimum access routes, access and utility easements, platting, and permitting.

In addition to Verizon, our team has provided a wide-range of services for over 60 tower sites for T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and independent tower companies.
