SERVICE DETAILS

Quiddity provided full surveying services and civil site construction drawings for the project. The existing site was heavily wooded and presented challenging grading and drainage challenges. Quiddity worked with the City of Austin Development Services Department and the City of Austin Public Works Department to maximize the developable footprint while maintaining adequate parkland and tree preservation measures. The project started construction in July 2021 and reached completion in July 2023.
