Alan Moon has over 12 years of experience specializing in large and small diameter water, wastewater and reclaimed water utilities, modeling and planning of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems for various Cities, Water Authorities, Public Agencies and Municipal Utility Districts across Texas. Throughout his tenure, Alan has strived to deliver high quality products utilizing creative solutions that meet the client’s needs and keep their best interests in mind. He is also an active member of his local AWWA chapter and serves on several technical committees.
