With over two decades of construction management expertise, Albert has been an integral part of Quiddity since 2003. During this time, he has engaged in diverse surveying and land development projects, showcasing proficiency in overseeing ‘inside the fence’ construction endeavors such as wastewater treatment plants, water plants, lift stations, and pump stations. His skills extend to cultivating collaborative relationships among public/private clients, contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders, ensuring the prompt resolution of project issues and overall success. Albert’s experience encompasses comprehensive management of project budgets, schedules, scope development, construction contracts, documents, and controls. He excels in performing constructability reviews and contributing technical construction knowledge during the design phase, including bid document review. Albert is dedicated to aligning Quiddity’s construction phase services with the industry standards established by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
