Land Development

Alex has nearly 10 years of land development experience. As the Land Development Manager of our College Station office, he leads a client-focused and technically advanced team in the design and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial development projects in the Bryan-College Station and Greater Houston areas. Alex brings technical experience and demonstrates leadership in promoting teamwork, collaboration, and technical development to leverage the department’s effectiveness. He is also affiliated with multiple organizations including the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association (GBVBA), the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), and the Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA).
