With more than 45 years of experience, Carlos manages statewide survey operations for Quiddity. He opened Cotton Surveying Company in 1976 where he was owner/manager. The company merged with Quiddity in 1982, and Carlos has since served as Survey Practice Leader and Chairman of the Board. He supervises overall corporate operations and manages the accounting, human resources and IT departments. Carols also has expertise in utility design, street design, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, drainage design and general engineering consultation.
