Chuck has more than 45 years of experience with power distribution, instrumentation, and controls for water and wastewater facilities. He has designed medium voltage power distribution systems of up to 34.5 kilo-volts. Chuck also has a strong background in network and programmable logic control systems, including batch control systems and network communication applications. In his time at Quiddity, Chuck has worked on many notable projects including Bagby Street Improvements, Buffalo Bayou Path Link, and Downtown Houston Shopping District Streetscape Improvements.
