David has five years of extensive knowledge in hydraulic design, drainage improvements, channel rehabilitation design and construction engineering. As an H&H project engineer, he is well versed in designing hydraulic systems, drainage improvements, culvert designs, channel rehabs and large public infrastructure projects. David relies on his background in design project and construction engineering to help Texas communities find drainage solutions. He has completed storm sewer work and detention design within Fort Bend County, Montgomery County and the City of Houston, and has helped implement channel rehabilitations and drainage improvements for Harris County and the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD).
