David Kochalka, General Manager

David Kochalka brings over 27 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry to his role at Quiddity. His extensive engineering expertise spans site civil design, land development, real estate entitlements, public involvement, transportation planning and design, hydraulic analysis, and structural design for both the private and public sectors.

Throughout his career, David has held key leadership positions in top engineering firms and development companies. Prior to joining Quiddity, he served as President of Medica Development, LLC, where he successfully led the development of hospital facilities from concept through construction. Before his tenure at Medica Development, David spent over 17 years at Kimley-Horn & Associates, where he served as Vice President of the Frisco office.

David’s proven track record in leading high-growth, client-focused organizations, along with his deep understanding of delivering major projects, managing client expectations, and navigating complex regulatory environments, makes him a crucial figure in Quiddity’s continued growth strategy in North Texas.
