Land Development

Devin Espinosa has been with Quiddity since January of 2017 within our Land Development team in the Houston Metro vicinity, working primarily on single-family master planned communities and Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs). He brings a strong background in project management within a MUD as well as single-family developments ranging from 200 acres to 1,000 acres. Devin is experienced in many aspects of Land Development including design, construction, client consultation, local government coordination, TxDOT coordination, water/wastewater facility planning, and consultation on Traffic/Drainage impacts. Devin is an active MUD engineer for multiple Districts and has experience with MUD creation, Bond Application Reports, and overall reimbursement tracking for master planned communities.
