Water District Services

Kaci joined our team in 2016 and currently serves as a Client Manager for our municipal utility districts and helps lead our Water District Services. She serves as the District Engineer for water districts across the Houston-Metro region. Kaci has a long-term focus with a proactive approach throughout the full life cycle of Districts. She has acted as project manager on numerous projects, including wastewater treatment plant expansions and rehabilitations. Kaci is also knowledgeable on bond application reports, long-term capital improvement plans, utility extension, and utility rehabilitation projects.
