Kyle Kaspar, PE, ENV SP
Water and Wastewater
Kyle Kaspar is Manager of the Conveyance and Transmission Division within the Water Practice. He has 15 years of experience in the design of utility relocation and rehabilitations, large-diameter water and wastewater transmission/collections lines, and water and wastewater systems analyses and master plans. His project experience includes up to 108” waterlines, 24” sanitary force mains, 12” reclaimed waterlines, and the rehabilitation and new construction of up to 42” gravity sanitary sewers. In the past decade, he has analyzed water and wastewater systems for more than 100 entities, covering over 2,000 miles of infrastructure. Additionally, he has overseen the design and management of infrastructure projects totaling over $100 million. Kyle has further distinguished himself by obtaining ENV SP credentials from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and PACP, MACP, and LACP certifications from NASSCO, Inc.
