Robert Thornton, Senior Project Manager

Environmental Division

Robert brings extensive experience in environmental sciences, specializing in Environmental Due Diligence. Throughout his career, he has completed thousands of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and managed a wide variety of environmental projects for clients in sectors such as commercial real estate, telecommunications, oil and gas, industrial, and renewable energy. His work has taken him across the country and throughout Texas, where he has conducted scientific sampling of soil, groundwater, and open-water environments, from coastal areas to deserts.

Robert has held leadership roles overseeing regional operations and supporting teams, with expertise in natural resources reviews, wetlands delineation, endangered species assessments, biological specimen collection, and Waters of the U.S. consultation and permitting.

At Quiddity, Robert will draw on his deep expertise to help clients navigate and mitigate environmental challenges. Based in the Austin office, he will be instrumental in expanding the company’s environmental services and broadening its engineering capabilities, contributing to projects that positively impact communities and the environment.
